I want to take this opportunity to recognize Tiffany Beckedorf for the tremendous service and assistance she provided me today with the renewal of a new phone. My Telus account provided some challenges given the EPP designated eligibility and I had not received any satisfaction from dealing with both an unrelated Telus franchise in Penticton and Telus support via phone (which was the most frustrating interaction). Tiffany sorted through everything for me and I left a very satisfied customer. Cannot recommend Tiffany and this office location enough.
